        Pay attention people!!! They dont give you the subscription service you pay for. Noticed after serveral washes I was not getting all the high pressure rinses or underbody. Went in and complained and the attendant told me "they turn them off when they are busy". There were no cars before me which I explained to her and she said she cannot turn them on. They charge $35 per month for certain add-ons and they dont give them to you! They should be investigated by Ohio AG since customers are not getting what they pay for! SCAMMERS!!!
