Founded 25 years ago by horse owners John Clark and Teri Coss-Clark, TRC & Associates offers environmentally safe products to provide solutions to equine essentials problems, such as dust and mud. Our horse supplies products include ARENACLEAR to control dust, and PastureDRY to reduce mud. For us, offering a safe way to reduce dangerous dust is personal. After Teri had a serious reaction during a dusty outdoor horse event and woke up in an emergency room diagnosed with asthma and COPD, she wanted to find a way to continue riding. Teri’s passion is to help other horse lovers and their horses through effective arena dust control. She and John did their research, investigating formulas from agricultural supplies and came up with ARENACLEAR. The formula was first invented in California as a conditioner to make soil healthier and purer after it had been depleted. Designed to remove fertilizers and chemicals from the soil, this organic product is safe for animals and people, as well as dogs’ paws, horses’ hooves, saddles, blankets, stalls and anywhere else you use it. Other dust-inhibitors on the market contain magnesium chloride, can be corrosive and are expensive. Not ARENACLEAR, which is the least expensive product of its kind on the market for horse arena dust control. One gallon covers 10,000 square feet at a depth of 3-4 inches of footing. Teri has published numerous articles in industry publications and given seminars at equine trade shows. An irritant found in dust, crystalline silica, looks like broken glass under a microscope.
