I've been looking for stone for a project and ABC Supply Co was listed by the manufacturer as a distributor for the stone. I called in the beginning of May (over a month ago) to inquire as to whether or not they can get the stone and was told they would look into it and call me back. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I called again and was told the same thing by a different person. A month later, I've spoken to 4 different people and was told each time I'd get a call back in a day or 2 with information and still have not received a callback. Clearly the time and money of a potential customer is of no value to this company and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would recommend to staff here just be up front with customers if you can't fulfill the requests so people like myself don't waste over a month of time waiting for a callback.
