I have lived at Liberty Station almost 3 years. This is honestly the best place I have rented. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. The apartments/townhomes are so cozy and welcoming. Any maintenance need that I have had, gets handled immediately and professionally. The maintenance staff is caring and helpful. Amanda, the property manager will go above and beyond to help with your needs. I went through a tough time in my life and her door was always open to be a listening ear and give helpful advice. She is compassionate with any circumstances and does her best to help when she can! This is a place where I feel comfortable coming home from a long day at work and letting my kids play outside. They love the pool and playground! 5 star review for them all the way!!!!

I chose to live at Liberty Station for 2.5 years, and I highly recommend it. The only reason I left was because I had to relocate for work. Amanda and her staff are friendly and responsive to their tenants needs. She set me up in a newly remodeled two-bedroom townhome, which worked out great. The grounds are kept looking nice, and the clubhouse, swimming pool and dog exercise area are nice added features.

my first apartment last year. ( 1 bed / 1 bath on 3rd floor ) When I first applied, I was told to call about some questions on the application. For 2 days I called a few times and was declined. At one point someone accidentally answered the phone and I could hear her complaining about the phone ringing. I assumed they were busy and let it go because we all have bad days haha... eventually they got back to me and everything was set in place for move in... atleast i thought. It was seemingly smooth until they told me I couldnt tour it until after I signed the lease. I didnt really have a back up plan so I just signed it and let it happen ( my fault on that end ) Fast forward to move in, the unit itself was nice. In the summer the bedroom gets unbearably hot because the box unit is in the living room area. We told them about some mold along the wall next to the sliding doors, and it was never addressed. They told me they would make a mail box key and they never did then accused me of losing it lol. I never really had any maintenance issues or such. I DO think there was poor communication. At move out I got charged for not turning in a key when I turned everything in. It wasnt worth the hassle of trying to prove myself. Overall, it was a clean and okay place to live but I couldnt bare another year especially with how hot the bedroom was all summer long.
