Wow, just wow. Jamie Augustine is such a wonderful person. She made finding our apartment so much better! The service was so amazing. I didnt catch her name but there was another lady who was so sweet as well. They made us a welcome home basket with a bunch of new house goodies! AMAZING!! I really recommend looking at these places, theyre affordable and they make the process so easy for you. Big recommend!

Lovely kind people and great smooth experience moving in. :) Edit: After 6 months of living here. I would say that the place is decent. I moved into their newly renovated apartment. This is what I've noticed so far with the place. The exterior always looks poor quality, but the landlord manager told me they're remodeling the outside in August 2023 and showed me a nice picture. That never happened. The parking lot isn't well lit at night. The road is pretty bump with two small pot holes when you pull in and a massive pot hole near the end of the lot. The apartment complex is pretty secluded, so I wouldn't worry about bad actors at night, but it doesn't give a feeling of safety. To the newly renovated apartment I live in. As time went on, I noticed defects in some places. Like cracks in corners. An outlet is not properly put in. Half my power went out randomly. It was fixed. The cabnet interior was poorly painted and unclean. Leaving white chips and residue on the interior, which would get on kitchware. None of the windows or patior door slides were cleaned. The ceiling paint is chipped in a couple of places. Leaving cracks. I was told the ceiling issue and outlet issue would be addressed. After I moved it. They were not addressed. The bathroom door looks like it had a dent in it, and they painted over it. The fireplace trim has a broken piece in the corner. My front door was never repainted and has a grey patch. There's a slider latch on my front door that doesn't work. I have a dead bolt anyway. My apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 jr bedroom. 1000 sqft. The rent is $1175. Utilities are around $45 - $65 Originally, the rent was $850 before renovations. I addressed all my issues on the renters checklist they have you fill out. Nothing was addressed or fixed. They also aren't the best at replying to emails or text. I would suggest calling. What I've learned is always make sure to double-check the place before you sign anything. Overall, I am competent with this living space. I would double-check the renovation before signing any agreement. I went in blind since I couldn't see the renovations until afterward. For anyone looking at this place. Be wary of what they promise. Make sure to look at the place after renovations. They'll show you the place beforehand but not after. That is all, I'll post pictures below at some point. :)

The move in process was very efficient and stress free, all my questions were answered and I was able to get moved in fast. The property managers were very helpful.
