Sherry,I am sorry for your experience with our company. When I spoke with you on the phone, I thought you were reviewing options. The office was never contacted until the 7th when I was asked by your granddaughter's boyfriend as to the status of the vehicle. I told him I was waiting for a decision to be made. He informed me that he had contacted a technician that was no longer with our company. I advised him that I would get it on the schedule and get repairs complete. I advised that the repair would take some time because of getting the heads looked at and he said ok. Then I get a call stating that other arrangements have been made, and a tow truck will be arriving. I never heard from you after payment for the fuel pump. I have never spoken to your granddaughter. I thought you were the young man’s grandmother. Also yes the timing chain failed, that is what caused the heads to go bad because there was no compression on Cylinders 2 & 4. I am once again sorry for your Experience.
