        Still in $1k of debt from where a banker here put me on a student credit card when I wasnt a student then lied about the apr/interest rates that he wouldn't answer my calls about and chase corporate just denies. Do not get your money tangled with these people, I'm now 25 withc credit I'm fixing thanks to them.

        They do not answer the phone, tried calling hours apart and on different days. Extremely frustrating since they closed other branches and its now a 30+ minute drive.

        They USED to be open till 6 PM on Fridays!! When are customers suppose to bank, when THEY ALSO WORK 9-5??? Saturday mornings are not always helpful!! Why not work some of your tellers 11 AM till 7 PM, 2-3 days a week???
