Dont use your credit card here! I tried to use my credit card and couldnt make it work. The attendant came out to help. I ended up paying with cash. My credit card was charge as well so I paid $32 for a $16 wash. A few weeks later I was at home and had a $32 charge pop up on my credit card from Whitewater. I hadnt been there in weeks so I know it wasnt me. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and that is ongoing. I called Whitewater and left a message. They never called my back.
The wash is fine and its a convenient location to my house but I will never use my credit card here because it was stolen and the company clearly doesnt care. I cancelled that card and got a new number. I just got a form in the mail to fill out for the dispute. Its a hassle but Ill do it to try to get my $32 back since the owners of this car wash are not interested in helping a customer who was charged for services they never received. Use cash only!!
