        We own a Chinese laser that is no longer supported by the manufacturer (or anyone else). Even though we didn't purchase it from Rabbit Laser, Ray helped us troubleshoot it over the phone. Ray was extremely knowledgeable, patient and generous with his time and advice. Highly recommend if you need service, parts or a laser.

        I own a Laguna CO2 Smartshop Laser and I used Rabbit Laser to move it to my new home. They cleaned it, serviced it, answered every question I had, and made some repairs to ensure it was working after the move. Ray and Kyle were wonderful to work with. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. Ray was incredibly thorough and the most knowledgeable person Ive ever spoken to about lasers. My machine runs better now than ever before.
