Did a great job on my roof. Contacted Chris Fleming a few years later needing a repair done due to tree damage. He put me on the back burner for literally months. Called him multiple times again over the span of a year to get help with a repair and finally gave up and went with someone else. It appears they only care to get your money and are done with you afterwards.

The guys at Snow Roofing Restoration were amazing! One of my co-workers recommended them when we suffered some wind damage to our roof. We are so very thankful he did! They were great in all areas. Chris, the Manager, was/is so very helpful, friendly, and so knowledgeable and he worked through all the obstacles the insurance company kept throwing at us. Even when I was concerned, he was able to alleviate the concerns I had and he let me know every step of the way that we had nothing to worry about. He was in constant contact with the insurance company, with us and kept us up to date with everything. He and his Project Manager, Josh, shared all the details with us, even the drone footage from the beginning of the project. Austin, another Project Manager, shared the drone footage with us after the finished project. Everyone answered any questions that we threw at them. Our roofs were replaced in one day. Chris even stopped by during the actual roof repair to make sure that everything was going as planned. Everything was seamless thanks to this company and these guys. They were so exceptional and I fully trusted all of them! I 100% recommend this company and they should have a rating much better than the 5 stars! I can honestly say that I have never dealt with any contractors or workers that even come close to the knowledge, the kindness, the professionalism & trustworthiness that Snow Roofing & Chris and his team have. Definitely an A+++ rating.

Snow Roofing was referred to me by a previous customer who had an excellent experience with this company. I am so thankful for the referral! I have had an excellent experience from day 1. I had damage to my roof from a windstorm and my insurance company denied my claim twice! Chris was very professional and knowledgeable how to deal with them and he was persistent. It took a few months to get my claim approved, which is not the norm, but my roof was replaced by my insurance company and I only had to pay my deductible. Snow Roofing provides detailed documentation of the roof damage, along with pictures taken by their drone to the customer and the insurance company. The quality of the roof and workmanship is excellent as well. The crew cleaned up around the home perfectly. The company is exceptional and Chris is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. You honestly wont find better service anywhere else. I would 100% recommend using them for any and all of your roofing needs. If it was not for the knowledge and experience Chris has in dealing with my claim and the insurance companies who make it difficult to get an approvalI likely would have been left to replace my damaged roof myself. I give Snow Roofing and Christopher an Excellent rating (A+) on every aspect you would hope to find in a business/contractor setting!
