        Just my personal experience I called the number listed on Google someone answered the phone and I asked if this was the toy store since all they said was hello when they answered the phone. He didn't answer my question if it was toy store. He asked who's calling I said a potential client this dude said I don't know what that means. I hung up this to me was very shady and not professional. Will not be doing any business with this company.

        Got Cuban link chain and choker customer service was very polite and helpful and products came fairly quick the choker is slightly difficult to feed thru end loop but once thru performed nicely both peices seem durable for my Rotty and definitely POP the style and shine truely is eye catching thanks guys good to see a GOOD American company with stunning products
