We've been working with Sara at The New Albany CPA Co for a few years now, and it's been a dramatically better experience than working with any past bookeeppers or CPAs. Sara is highly responsive and reliable, and she is clearly an absolute expert at what she does. It's rare you find someone so deeply talented at her/his craft who also excels at client service delivery. She not only handles our most complex business and personal tax situations for a multi-owner business with ease, but she also proactively finds additional tax savings strategies I wouldn't have known to ask about.
We have significantly increased Sara's responsibilities twice because of how much time and money she saves us. As we have grown, our need for Sara's help has grown. I recommend her frequently, though I always fear with how great she is that she'll be overwhelmed with new clients and won't have time for us. But I've noticed just the opposite--she's become more engaged and responsive over our years working together.
