Well I have 5 months left and we are so out we pay so much all yeah and electric bills are all over 300 a month and we shut off everything they take every unit in each building and split up the bill accordingly so it does no good to try to save. The trash compactor doesnt work and also there car wash doesnt work and when it does it puts a 10 dollar hold on your card 90% of the gym equipment doesnt work as well place is junk anymore for 1800 a month were out. Also the grounds are a mess trees falling over and mud everywhere just a mess. Do your research.

It is with displeasure I write this review. My experience with Plamer House apartment was well beyond poor, dissatisfied and I would not advice anyone to lease with this property. I have had poor experience since the first day I moved it. They first day I moved in, the apartment was not ready and very unkempt/ Unclean. After speaking with someone, they stated and claimed it was miscommunication and sent cleaners and maintenance. I want to note this occurred with within my move in day. I understand no one is perfect and issue airse, recently due to medical and family emergency, I reached out to see if it is possible to break my lease ONE month early (I have a 13 Months lease). I was told I would still have to pay the fee (two and a half month rents) and there are no polices around any time or unplanned life circumstances. I want to note, I have already placed in my 60 days notice because I knew I would not be resigning my lease due to poor management and my HORRIBLE experience. The staff are always confused/ unsure, and you have to call to verify because no one ever know what they are talking about. I want to write this review to help someone know, that there are better properties, with Kinder staff, better management and in my experience this is not a property where you will find such.

Update: Reached out to the leasing office out of common courtesy to see where I could place my old mattress as I just purchased a new one and my response was for ME to contact the City of Columbus and that they MAY, but not guaranteed be able to pick it up. I've never lived at place that was that un-accommodating. Overall, the apartments are built very poorly, but you do get what you pay for with how inexpensive the rent is. All the doors have around a 2 inch gap from the ground so conversations and sound travel clearly from room to room. Interior walls arent insulated as well so you can hear the alarms from other residents phones through the walls which can be obnoxious. I would give this less stars if it was a more pricey complex which it isnt and does offer a nice pool area for the summer with a fire pit which is unfortunately only available to be used till 10pm.
