        The neighborhood is safe and secure. The neighbors are a perfect mix of people and their dogs. Everyone is so friendly. The staff is amazing. Always ready to lend a hand.

        I lived here for 3 and a half yrs. In one of the 2 bedroom townhomes with a loft. Fantastic staff, lots of events at the lease office and they're very friendly. Property is well kept minus some ppl not picking up after their pets(not the staffs fault). Whenever I had an issue it was taken care of. Manitenance didn't quite always fix the issue but was prompt and did their best. My gf used the community garden and loved it. Great place to live. So why not 5 stars? Unfortunately they use NEP utilities which is honestly a legal scam. Our last utility bill there was $481(January 2024) for electric and water. Just nuts..I asked about it but wasn't provided any answers. Save they like working with them to bundle the 2 water and electric and turn them on/off when needed easily. If you can swing those outrageous prices great place to rent. Edit: Yes, I was aware of the price increases in electric around central OH they were rough in 2023. However consulting with friends around the area. Including condos behind LC New Albany & living across the street at Sugar Run. Our electric was ~$200-$250 more expensive a month. Stay away from NEP!
