During check in The guy at the desk CHAD was extremely rude to us and my wife's boss. I've never had someone act like that to a woman. I will never stay at another one of your hotel. Period

The room simply did not smell clean. All I ask from any decent banded hotel is cleanliness and comfort. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the sheets did not have the clean smell you expect of a good hotel. The room had an overall dirty, musty smell. There was an orange bag of beads in the AC unit. I assume that was to help with the smell. If so, it is not working. I literally hung a Clorox wipe near the bed to try to cover the stink as I slept. Luckily I used my points for the night, otherwise it would have cost 181.00 ! If you visit and want to use the hot tub, it is not working. I was told the shuttle was not available when I asked if it went to Easton. There was a hearty buildup of dust in the bathroom, and the carpet felt a bit damp. I dont know what happened to this hotel. It must have been really nice at one point because the reviews were not bad, but I will not stay here again. It is terrible trying to go to sleep when the room literature stinks. Nearby activities: Easton Shopping Center and Many nearby restaurants
