Level 33 Graphics

Level 33 Graphics has been doing quality professional printing for me for over a year now. They are consistently fantastic to work with and my go-to printing company. Highly recommend!

Only two stars because prices are reasonable. And they do good work. I have used their services numerous times, But every time I have been given a pick up date. I am always asked to come back later that day or a different day because it is not ready. Unfortunately I won't be back. Nice guy too.

Hard working guys with a great attitude and an even better approach towards every aspect of their business. These guys toughed it out through 14 hours straight for our company and did a fantastic job. They made the whole process very smooth and we couldnt be more thankful. 100% recommend Level 33!

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE. Was told that a 3.5 pound package going to mid Michigan was going to cost me over $200 just for the shipping not counting the packaging to ship it in. Went to UPS on 21st street. Out the door with insurance for $58. So what a rip off this fella is.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I paid Joe Adams (owner) the amount of $2,879.71 on March 7th for a project that was to be completed right away. After several delays, promises, and extended timelines by Joe I called on January 20th and once again he wanted to extend the timeline due to his printer being broke. He then said its now fixed and he can work on the project right away. I told him if he can finish the project that day then Ok, if not Im canceling my order and want a refund. He said he was unable to finish that day. I requested a refund and he denied. He then said that he sub contracted my work out to someone else and was waiting on them. He lied about the printer being broken and I believe hes also lying about sub contracting my work out to someone else for printing. I told him I was on my way to the shop to get my money back and he said OK. When I arrived at the shop on Deo Drive and came to the counter and said that hes unable to pay me back because his business is broke and offered to pay me payments. I called him a liar and his co-owner began yelling at me and offered to show me their business bank account balance on his cell phone. I left and filed a claim in civil court on him and his business. The last few days Ive investigated him and the business. Things arent good for Level 33 Graphics. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THEM IN ADVANCE. Theyre robbing Peter to pay Paul. They used my money for something else and didnt even start my project. I filed with Civil Claims Court the same day. Ill keep everyone posted.
