Food & drinks: Breakfast is not included and cost $20 per person for a buffet in the morning. $15 for Children Noteworthy details: The Pool Water was not clean and I asked someone to clean it. Hot Tub was not in Order when I was there.

The grounds are very pretty and the location is great. The hotel was quiet. We booked here to enjoy the pool and hot tub and unfortunately the hot tub was down. We were disappointed but appliances break and sometimes that cant be helped. However I began reading reviews that have said the hot tub has been down for at least several months. Its very deceiving to advertise amenities that you know arent in working condition for long periods of time. It wouldnt be hard to note this on your website. We could have stayed elsewhere had we known. The pool was freezing and the area around it was filthy. There was food covered in ants, bandaids, trash, etc. We tried to swim the morning of checkout around 9:30 (the hours online say they open at 9) but the doors were locked. We needed the pullout sofa but it wasnt usable. The springs were painfully protruding and the bed was dirty with hair and dead spiders all over the sheet. The window curtain in the room was dirty and had staples hanging out of it, which scraped my ankle when I walked by. There was trash left behind the toilet. The room was so hot. We opened the patio door to cool it down since it was chilly out, but even with the air running we couldnt get it below 72. We only interacted with a few staff members, but those few could use some training. They seem inexperienced and not very friendly.
