Washer drain clogged, no other drains affected in house. Snaked the washer drain to the main line of the house. Unfortunately they could not get the clog out of the drain and they're telling me that possibly my main line is starting to rust shut. Said they'll have a service tech come out here in the near future and give me an estimate on how repairing the main line but unfortunately for today all I can do is review that the tech was friendly provided the best service he could but unfortunately a clogged drain is still a clogged drain. Pictures of my drain snake after tech left. His equipment is worn out and needs replaced. Canceled all remaining appointments WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPANY.

Hunter Schneider did a really good job helping me diagnose my plumbing problem. He was very thorough and displayed excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and thorough knowledge of the situation.

Justin came out within an hour of my calling and was very polite and knowledgeable. Water heater was installed within 3 hours of initial call. Very pleased with the work Justin did a very good job of getting me thru the process. Highly recommend.

Josh and Brian were very knowledgeable when my water drain started backing up. They knew how to explain information in a way that I could understand. They were efficient with their time and respected my home. These guys were genuinely good people. Will definitely be using APEX from now on!
