My mom and I started there together around 8 years ago with Car Insurance and House Insurance. We love the ladies there they took care of all we needed. Whenever I call there it's like talking to family. They all have always been kind. You want good service and for your Insurance needs this place is it. Thank you, for all you do.

Back when Denise was my agent and it was Martin & Martin Ins., it was a great local insurance company to do business with. Even after Denise retired and the company was sold to Sprouse Ins., we soon developed a good trust relationship with our new agent, Rhonda Kowalski. However, as time went on over a very short period, we started seeing changes in how Sprouse handled themselves, as a corporation. Just recently, I have been trying to contact my agent, Rhonda Kowalski, since Friday 9/29/2023, and had not received a call back, so I decided to swing by her office in Oregon, Ohio and saw a sign on the door window indicating that the office had been closed, and to call the Genoa office. I called there and was told that Rhonda was not relocating to that office. I wonder if the people who make the decisions at Sprouse consider the fact that there is a TRUST relationship that is developed over many years of faithful service, between clients and agents. It is not just about having someone to answer the phone. My wife and I will need to take a much more serious look into whether we trust Sprouse to continue handing our insurance needs for us. Very disappointing. The least of which is that Genoa is NOT a convenient location for people living in Toledo. Very poor decision in my honest opinion.
