MOUNTAIN CREEK TREE FARM

The farm is a very nice place and everyone was friendly. I needed a tall tree and had to take one of their Pre cut. I purchased their stand and the preservative there as well. They told me they would cut the bottom and re bore the hole for the stand. I followed. Everything they told me to do. Unfortunately the tree is not taking water and the needles have all dried out. It wont make it to Christmas and I paid $235 for the tree! We got the tree Thanksgiving weekend but with the preservative I got and the stand. I would have hoped it would have made it til Christmas. Im going to have to tear down and buy a new tree because its a goner. . Since pre cut. Im sure it was not totally their fault. But for the amount I paid it should have lasted longer. Ive Never had a tree fry out before Christmas

We have gone to Mountain Creek Tree Farm for Christmas trees for many years. They not only have the most beautiful, healthy trees I've found in the area, but their service is above and beyond any expectations I could have. For years we struggled with putting up a tree and getting it straight, but Mountain Creek makes it easy. The trees are neatly packaged and fit perfectly on their special tree stands. No struggle needed. That should be enough, but this year we discovered how committed they are to meeting customer needs. My husband fell, sustaining a bad injury the day before we were to get our tree. As a result, we could not leave the house. Christmas was looking tree-less and dismal. Mountain Creek sent us photos of trees to select from and arranged to have our choice delivered to our home and set up in our family room. We can't thank them enough. Christmas truly will be merry, thanks to our friends at Mountain Creek.

We always find a beautiful tree here. We've gotten the cut your own trees and picked precut ones out of the barn and both have been perfect and lasted a nice long time. Our kids love the hot chocolate and seeing Santa too! :)

Wonderful family owned farm and gift shop! The trees are beautiful and everyone was friendly and helpful. These folks went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect tree! BONUS!! Santa was there!

Their trees are so fresh and hold onto their needles for at least a month. Always very helpful and very friendly service.
