I've been here since June 2017, and so far, so good! The office staff changes often, but there are still a few recognizable faces. Most maintenance I perform myself, but when I need help, the guys are quick and effective. I own a motorcycle, and throughout the summer months without a garage, I feel safe to leave it parked out front with no issue or tampering. Keep in mind that the apartments are all gas, which drives electric usage down during the winter months so you can save a buck. Fiber internet is maxed at 300mb, which is solid for gaming/streaming. Seems my neighbors are all working professionals, which is a major relief. Walls are thin, so I'd recommend living on the top door or a corner unit if available. Recently, they converted to digital locks. So, no more keys. If your lock runs out of batteries, you're locked out. Side notes: Some of the more popular delivery restaurants don't come out this far from downtown Perrysburg. Also, all USPS packages get thrown into an amazon hub locker and aren't left at your door. So if the locker is having repairs done or off for any reason, your packages aren't accessible inside until it's repaired, which could be an hour, days, or week+.
