The problem was quickly resolved once Jesse arrived, but there was a mix-up in the system because the request was listed as completed before it was done. This slowed the actual repair.

Maintenance responded in fifteen minutes, even though the issue was not flagged as an emergency. And while working on the reported issue, maintenance also found and repaired a second issue. We are very grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.

We have lived in Redwood Apartments on Woodmont Drive in Perrysburg for six months. We were homeowners for most of our lives. We have also lived in three separate apartment buildings so we have learned through trial and error what amenities we value. Redwood has changed our vision in regards to downsizing comfortably. The things we really appreciate: 1) The large garage. No need to make multiple trips to a car across a parking lot to carry groceries into your apartment or walk in the rain or snow. 2) All of the storage space, especially the walk-in kitchen pantry. With the garage and interior storage we have enough space that we don't feel cluttered. 3) The interior layout it is very well thought out. 4) The efficient process Redwood has for auto pay and for maintenance requests. 5) Maintenance, yard and exterior all taken care of exceptionally. 6) Lots of convenient dining and shopping options close by but once you enter the complex you are in a secluded, quite neighborhood free of traffic and noise. Lisa, the office manager did an excellent job of guiding us through the application process and has been very helpful on providing information when we have had questions ranging from the billing process to the best local pizza. We also cant speak highly enough about Jesse who provides the maintenance for this complex. Our needs to this point have all been general maintenance items but when we have put a request in Jesse has been awesome on getting things taken care of quickly and correctly. We can not envision moving into an apartment other then Redwood after our experience here.
