        Absolutely wonderful from the beginning of finding them to the end of my same day walk in evaluation and treatment! Jessica at the front is so helpful and kind as is Dr. Estrel .. really patient and knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions and explained everything! Made my first time of going to a chiropractor and having a horrible pinched nerve not so horrible ! Thank you so much!

        Edited update, I'd like to that you for taking the time to respond and fix my issue, I do feel the need to apologize I understand needing to follow proper procedures I was simply frustrated and am on call 80 hour weeks right now, thank you for cancelling my membership

        It was a great experience! I had to come in on a whim for some low back pain and by the next morning I had good relief!! Very grateful for their flexible appointments!

        I was in so much pain. They were worried that I was in too much pain. They gave me some ice packs and then looked at me to try to figure out my pain. He was able to find the source and do some minor adjustments today. I am so grateful they were able to get me in and I will be headed back tomorrow for some more!

      Hi Seth, We regret to hear your concerns about your cancellation. No patient should be charged if they follow the proper cancellation steps outlined in their contract. One needs to turn in the signed cancellation forms to their home clinic at least 48 hours before the next billing date in order to successfully end the automatic payments. Due to the medical nature and privacy standards of your account, this is usually required to be done in person, but we are always here to help successfully cancel if you are not able to make it into the clinic. That said, our records indicate that we emailed you the cancellation form twice and you did not return it. Additionally, when our Wellness Coordinator called you, you said you would come in to sign the form but you did not show up. We have made multiple good faith attempts to assist you with the cancellation, but without your cooperation in signing and returning the cancellation form, we are unable to officially process your cancellation. The cancellation form and a copy of your wellness plan are still here waiting for you whenever you are able to come in and sign. We regret any inconvenience you experienced and invite you to reach out so that our team can assist with resolving this as soon as possible. Thank you! Best in Health,The Joint Chiropractic
