My first emergency appointment ever with a dentist office and they did phenomenal. The staff was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and paid attention to my concerns. I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Perrysburg to anyone needing a dentist!

The technician I had was pretty awesome and genuinely cares about her patients(12/28/2023) but as a whole I'm not really happy with aspen dental it's not the techs or dentist more of the supporting staff that's less desired not communicating the right info and letting someone show up for an appointment then after sitting in waiting area for about 10 minutes then told need to reschedule cause the person I was schedules to see left earlier in the day for emergency not sure why I wasn't notified to not show up for my app. and I've canceled 2 apps in the past and was told if I cancel again they would not be able to see me anymore yet they've canceled on me 4 times and let me drive there 2 of those times just to be told they had to reschedule me just so much misinformation from them and when I was figuring out what dental work to do I was giving 3 quotes by 3 different people all for the same work that was going to be done like I said no communication
