    We stopped by on our way to pick up a golf cart from a auction that didnt have a key. We were greeted by a friendly staff that made us feel right at home. Even with our small purchase, they treated us as if we have been buying carts from them for years. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I would like to thank Welchs Golf Carts for their fantastic work, professionalism, and an overall positive experience. I was searching for quite a while to find someone that was willing to work on/service my 2013 Bad Boy Buggy Recoil IS. This was a tough task since Bad Boy is no longer a company, and many of the parts are becoming more difficult to find. On top of that, it is a four-wheel drive all electric cart with a 72 volt system. Many of the golf cart dealerships I contacted were unable or unwilling to look at my Bad Boy Buggy. After 10 years, it was time for my cart to get completely serviced. It was in need of batteries, brakes, grease, tires, etc. you name it, the cart needed it or at least needed someone more qualified than myself to check it over. After reaching out to many dealerships. Welchs Golf Carts was one of the few that not only responded, but were willing to service my Bad Boy Buggy. Throughout the whole process (first phone call, to bring the cart home) R.J. and the crew at Welchs Golf Carts were professional, honest, and in constant communication. R.J. initially reached out to me after receiving my email describing my situation. From the beginning, he was upfront and honest. He told me that finding parts would be difficult given that Bad Boy was no longer a company, but assured me he would fix any issues that he could, and would notify me of any situation their team ran into while doing a complete check of the cart's mechanics. I dropped the car off on Thursday (2-9-23). Friday, I received a phone call saying the batteries had been replaced and they were going to check the brakes, bearings, connections, etc. on Monday. R.J. explained If anything looked worn, broken, or missing, he would contact me before anything drastic (expensive) was done. Tuesday, R.J. called and he told me while they were looking over the brake system, they noticed some of the parking brake mechanisms were bent not allowing it to function properly. He asked if I would like to have the issue fixed. Because the machine is 10 years old, and we never really use the parking brake, I told him to forgo fixing the parking brake. He responded with a simple, Okay. There was no questioning from him, or trying to upsell. The entire interaction was quite pleasant. At that point, he also shared with me that his service team checked all of the brake pads, calipers, and lines. One of the service people said the brakes felt a little stiff, so they bled the system to make sure the master cylinder was pushing brake fluid properly. Finally, R.J. called me on Thursday (2-16-23) and told me my Buggy was finished and ready to be picked up. Even as I write this review, I realize it does not do justice for the amount of time and energy R.J. and Welchs Staff put into helping me to get my Bad Boy Buggy back to being a safe and mechanically sound machine. I imagine that R.J. and the rest of the team at Welchs had time in researching parts, finding dealers, cross referencing numbers, etc. that didnt translate into billed hours. My main reason for believing this is even with all of the work that Welchs completed on my cart (changed batteries, bled brakes, checked brake pads, greased bearings, researched parts) the final bill came in under what many other dealerships are charging to replace batteries. It is not too often that you come across companies or people that are genuinely looking to do whats best for you. My experience has shown me that Welchs Golf Carts is that type of company. For as much as I hope my cart lasts another 10 years, should I ever find myself in a position where I am in need of a replacement, Welchs Golf Carts will be my first stop!
