My daughter was nervous to go today, she left with a smile. I have to say we was treated very well and they explained everything with patience. We both had a good experience.

Our son had severe dental anxiety due to past visits at other dentists. But at Firefly, the hygienist was in no rush to get us in and out. She took her time and went as slowly as my son needed her to go so that he could be comfortable with each next step. He thought she was very patient and nice. They had sunglasses for the him to wear so that the bright overhead examination lamp didnt hurt his eyes, and they played cartoons on TVs attached to the ceiling, so he had something fun and distracting to focus on. It was really so easy. And the x-rays were also super easy. They did them a little differently, and he was able to immediately see his teeth on a TV screen, and as a kid who deeply loves science, he was too interested in how the x-ray could see teeth that hadnt even come in yet to complain.

Took my son for his first ever dentist appointment the staff was absolutely amazing to him cant recommend them enough!
