        Called BCF firewood in the middle of October, and recived a good quote on a cord of wood. The fella on the phone was professional and answered all of my question about the pruduct and delivery service. He then said that there was a 2-3 week delay due to short supply which I was fine with and I placed an order. About 3 and a half weeks latet I called to check the status of my order and the same man picked up and said he remembered taking the order and thought it had already been delivered when it had not. He said he would check on my order and call me back. Well he never did. Im not going to fight any one to give them my money and you should not either. I do not suggest using BCF fire wood and defiantly DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!!
