Mckenzie, Crystal and Andrew always make my experience a pleasant one. They know what I'm there for as soon as I walk in the door and have me in and out quickly. With as busy as I am it's greatly appreciated. These 3 deserve a raise.

The worst back ever in the city, customer service sucks in this branch Andrew was not welcoming at all! i had a cash advance that he could have called and verified but yet that didnt happen I dont like to use the race card but if it had been someone else Im sure there would have not been and problems. Its tax time and in sure they know people are gett Tax advances

They've made me wait 10 days for checks to clear. It's the third time theyve made me 10 days. Customer support said "the issuing bank won't let third parties verify checks". All three checks were business checks from employers

Beware of banking while black at this location. It's pretty weird and invasive being interrogated for taking MY money out of MY account

This branch in west gate franklin mall in toledo oh . They have very poor service she told me there max of cashing a check is 2500 my check was 2600 . She didn't let me cash it .I came other day same grill was there I gave a new check 2500 she took my ID and other card .she said she will do mix .I gave her my opinion about chase Bank I wasn't happy with there presses. She told I can't cash u r check won't let me after she say it's ok to cash it .I don't know how to translate her move but I think she won't do i. Thanks
