        I had an experience that I don't even know how to call. If I could put less than 5, I would be happy to do so. In fact, I sent a detailed letter and it took them a while to respond. They left my horse horrible and always when I arrived they would stare at the computer for like 10 minutes before to serve me, it seems to me that many of the staff who work there, apart from being racist, are classist, horrible, the last straw was that they called to fix my hair a long time later, it already seems that I was going to return with so much rudeness and rudeness, there will probably be someone there who works well but of all the people who served me, none, that goes without saying about the products they sell, some of them are very good but what's the point with the kind of staff that works there. Thank you so much.

        I have seen a lot of great stylists at Ulta Salon but - SKYLER? let me tell you. This girl is the best. Beyond the best. She is so attentive, takes her time and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Truly making every appointment an experience. I have never been more in love with my hair and the stylist who takes care of it for me every one go to her - but don't take up all the appointments so I can still get in

        This ulta is always short staffed. The poor new staff are left with little help. I did a return on October 1st and I could tell she was struggling and her manager was little help. She handed me a receipt for the return and I left because the line was growing. I waited 10 business days for the return to go on my card and it never did. I called the store which took 10 minutes to get through to and the girl who picked up was extremely distracted because they were so busy, she said there was nothing she could do Id have to call corporate. Now I submitted to corporate on October 21st and they couldnt do anything for me that day because it had to be elevated to their specialized team for further review. Now its November 3rd and I have no answer and no refund.
