Said they took my insurance no problem only to get a bill for $700 two months later. Prior to getting a bill I even recommended that my friend go and the same thing happened to them (different insurance than what I had). Such scammers!

I love this place. Dr. Aridi is a great Dentist. By far he is the best dentist I have ever been to and I HIGHLY recommend to everyone!!! I am happy to have found a dentist I can trust. He truly cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable. He always takes his time and explains everything in such detail. Gentle and painless work. Friendly staff. Definitely go see Dr. Aridi as you will not be disappointed. HE IS THE BEST in town!!!

Dr. Aridi has taken very good care of me and is always very friendly and consistent. I usually hate going to the dentist but ever since visiting this amazing staff, I am always looking forward to my next visit. If i could give 10 stars I would. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and always is very easy to schedule with. BEST DENTIST IN TOWN

I dont normally write bad reviews but this is not okay. I went to dental west group in December 2022 and was advised that they took my insurance. I had a cleaning/x rays done and was told I needed some fillings. I received a quote for what I would owe after what insurance covers. I scheduled my appointment and paid a couple hundred dollars to get my fillings done. Now fast forward to about a month ago and I received a bill for over $1k and it was borderline going to collections. I call the office and Dental West Group tells me they made a mistake and they do NOT take my insurance and this is what I owe them. They admitted they were short staffed in December and thats why the mistake was made. No one ever called me to tell me what happened and now Im being sent to collections because I cant afford the bill. I never would have went here if I knew they didnt take my insurance. I asked the office to put in writing what happened so I could appeal this with my insurance and they never got back to me. Now Im paying for a mistake they made and now my credit is going to be ruined. Please own up to YOUR mistake. Im sorry you were short staffed but I should not have to pay for this or have my credit ruined. Be cautious coming here or you might end up paying for it later. the dentist told me he would talk to his office manager and get back to me and they cant even bother to call me back.
