I was highly disappointed with my phone conversation with this practice. I always call when shopping for a new dentist/doctor/etc. to see how the customer service is. When I called just now, the line was answered and no greeting was given. All I could hear in the background was laughing and talking for almost 30 sec. Finally, someone said "Hello?", to which I answered and asked if this was the correct practice. They said yes but that they didn't hear me previously (If you are answering an inbound call, why would you expect me to speak first?). I then asked if they were accepting new patients, which they answered with "Yes". The rest of the conversation went the same, short one-word answers that made it seem that I was interrupting. Due to this, I will not be choosing this office and I hope they review their levels of professionalism on the Front Staff side.
