Great customer service! My dentist did a great job fixing my broken tooth. Even gave me a rescue plan to regain a beautiful set of teeth again. Will definitely be a permanent patient. Already referred a friend & family member.

Do not recommend this office or Dr. Okezie. Im not one to complain or leave reviews. Im a very laid back person but with the terrible experience I had I have to warn other patients. After being rescheduled and time changes over 3 times I finally got in to get my wisdom teeth out. The first office visit wasnt bad only waited 45 minutes for the consultation. The day of surgery I waited over an hour and a half to be taken back and was told that the Dr. is particular and thorough. I was taken back to some tiny little cubby of a place in the back. It was crammed and looked very sketchy and not sanitary. I was under the impression I was being knocked out for the surgery but that was not the case when I got there. I have a high level of anxiety for surgerys. Needless to say I got IV sedation and laughing gas. I woke up a little bit and had a panic attack during the procedure and the Dr. WAS NOT calm about it and told me if I didnt stop he would end the procedure. When I was in this twilight stage and woke up I remember him standing over me using the dental instruments and twisting and pulling. The pressure was too much and thats when I started to have a panic attack. He only took 1 wisdom tooth out and told me he couldnt continue and referred me to someone else THANK GOD. He also told my mom he took out the top left wisdom tooth but he actually took out the top right! He was the most rudest doctor ever. Staff working with him was absolutely rude as well and you could tell they didnt like him and he wasnt easy to work with.
