DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The working men and the owner of this company hired are the most unprofessional roofers I have ever seen. It began when the owner assured me they didn't need a building permit to do a roof, I learned later he was lying. This should have been a sign to me, but I trusted him. On the minor side, the counter flashing looked like a bad "do it yourself" job. They sawed into 70 year old brick and ruined the face of the house. I had to hire a mason to come and fix it. Also, they failed to caulk many of the nails on the roof, I had to hire someone else to do that. Also, there was over 500 nails left in all over my yard - of which I had to pick up. The major complaint, however, is that AFTER company finished the roof, it leaked all over and destroyed my plaster ceiling. In a valley on the from of the roof, the workers removed a saddle that the previous owner installed that prevented leaking. This saddle created a pitch away from the house. When these roofer removed the saddle, the pitch then went toward the house. Therefore when it rained, a bunch of water puddled up on in the valley and then leaked into my house. When I called Pinnacle One, his roofers came back - AND TRIED TO FIX THE ROOF PITCH PROBLEM BY PUTTING TAR IN THE HOLE. When I objected loudly, the owner of the company had to climb up there to teach the workers what the problem was. After that, I refused to allow these people back on my roof. I hired another company reconstruct the roof where they ripped out the saddle so it pitched away from the house. And then reroof the whole section. This cost me $1400. I had to hire a mason to fix the counter flashing job. This cost over $500. I had to hire a drywall person to fix the destroyed ceiling for over $500. The owner was very upset that I would not allow his company to fix the roof and ceiling. I had no faith in any person that owner would hire to do this work after what I had seen thus far. When I met with the owner, he agreed that he owed me money. We agreed that he would pay me $1000 (less than half of what I paid to fix the job his company did). He told me in mid April he would need until Thanksgiving (2012) to get me the money. I reluctantly agreed. He never paid. I have left him many messages and have waited and waited. He does not return calls. NEVER hire this company
