        This place doesnt keep their coffee filled in the morning. Nothing like being exhausted and they dont have any coffee.

        Nice hotel, only issue was they overbooked and I wasn't given the room I reserved, needed two beds and they only had one bed rooms available, didn't even offer any type of compensation for their screw up!!!

        I was disappointed they charged full price and the pool and jacuzzi was out of service my whole stay

        I have patronized this hotel for the last three years for my daughter's birthday. Well this year I forgot the reservation and my now 18 year old daughter made them. We gets to the hotel during second shift and this african american clerk already had a problem with the reservation being in my daughter's name. So of course I knew I had to be there to check in. The clerk stated that I had to stay the whole night with her as if I could not leave. Needless to say I left to take care of my son having to be dropped off work at midnight. At midnight I receive a call from my daughter stating the police was there and they have 30 minutes to leave because they said they have not seen me since I left. So I didn't know they watch they guest as to they are locked up. So I made it back a 1230am now the new clerk Michelle then stated there were complaints. Now mind you we have room 235 at the end of the hall next to laundry, the stair exit and a empty room across from 235. So how did it go from me not being there to complaints? So of course they stated I can not get my deposit back. I will not ever patronize this establishment or affiliates ever again. And BBB will be notified because I have never been watched like that.
