When we first called Pete we weren't sure we actually wanted to buy yet, but after speaking to him we decided to roll with it and see what happened. Pete was super knowledgeable and down to earth from day 1. We definitely jumped on a heck of a roller coaster but at every single turn Pete was there to ease my crazy. His team were super helpful and kind as well. Pete worked for us and helped us get our credit just a small bit higher to really get what we wanted. He was very BRIGHT when helping us navigate what would be expected with the VA and got us to the closing table the day he said we would be there.
