Jennite Company did a great job of sealcoating and restriping our main parking. They filled all the cracks, reseal the entire lot then restriped. It its great. We obtained proposals from (3) reputable Toledo paving contractors with instructions to provide us with a proposal for resealing our driveway and any repairs needed. There was confusion on my part regarding Jennite Company's proposal and which section of the driveway was being removed and replaced. I did talk to Lauren in the office prior to signing the proposals. By the time I realized the mistake, their crew was already removing this section of the driveway. I assumed the parking spot section on the left side of our garage was being replaced, but this was not the case. Lesson learned to have the salesperson walk me through the proposal next time. I obtained quotations from (2) other companies (Allied Paving Co., Inc. and Buck Brothers Paving & Concrete) for the resealing work and neither indicated this section of driveway needed to be removed and replaced. Our salesperson, Tom Walters, reduced our invoice by $300. To us, this did not resolve the issue for work that didn't need to be done. Any further conversations with Tom have resulted in him yelling, cussing and blaming me for not understanding the proposal. There are other options, so no reason to do business with a company that conducts themselves this way. Service: Asphalt paving & repair
