        Had a great experience with Drain Doctor both times I've had them out. They were fast and got the job done correctly the first time. The most recent time I had new shower fixtures put in my 70 year old house, so they had to cut access and replace. Did it all with no problems and the result looks and works great. Recommended.

        Will not stand behind their work or 30 day warranty. Had to call another plumber out to finish their shady working ethics. Stay away far away from them!!!!

      Hi there , we are sorry that you had a negative experience with Drain Doctor , Looking back at our records we came out October 10th and unplugged the line, we honor our 30 warranty as long as no foreign objects are found in the line. We received a call back from your property 2 weeks later and pulled back a lot of baby wipes. The Technician showed the person at the property what was pulled back and we had to charge unfortunately. Have a great day .
