I called the office phone while they were closed and way past business hours for a cat stuck in a tree. I got a text from Shad within minutes which was very unexpected especially at a late hour but so appreciated. He was very helpful and calming in this time. He took the time to ask my cats name and age and advise that he knew she would be okay. She ended up coming down on her own, but customer service like this does not go unnoticed. I will definitely be spreading the word and if ever I do need tree services I know where I will be going! Thanks again!!

Had a very large tree removed in our front yard on Friday. We had also requested that we keep the wood for our fireplace. The team that came was prompt, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and had the entire tree down in 3 pieces; and down in about an hour. They further had cut the sections in more manageable pieces for my husband to take over to cut for firewood. They did all the work without damaging any of our yard. They also stayed after to clean the entire yard of the branches and sawdust. They were truly remarkable. They were back on Monday morning to do the stump and they were once again, fast, efficient, and cleaned up the yard. So impressed with the quality of their work. Will definitely use them again!
