This surgeon destroyed my life. He Missdiagnosed my symptoms and surgically destabilized my thoracic cage. In 2012 he told me Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) was a "bunk" diagnosis and I would die if I did not let him operate on me. He performed 3 surgically procedures (2012-2013) that made my original symptoms 100 times worse than before I was sent to him. When I confronted him about this fact he diagnosised me with convergence syndrome(ALL IN MY HEAD) Then in 2014 Dr. GOLDBURGER CONFIRMED MY EDS diagnosis I was sent to a genetic specialist at CCMC and my diagnosis of EDS was confirmed. I was told the surgical damage he created by his incorrect assumption made treating my symptoms now almost impossible. 3 MRIs compared to one done before his surgeries resulted in a diagnosis of Functional Scrolliosis. Increased cervical instability and more. IN 2016 I was awarded SSD that was dated back to the exacted date of his last surgery in January of 2013.DR. Martinez you stole my life.
