        Updated, again, on 11/16/23: The company finally did respond and they came and fixed all the issues. Taking away one star simply because it took so many repeat visits, but I ended up satisfied with the work. I appreciate the employees who did call me back and were very courteous and tried to fix the situation. The crawl space is 1,000 times better having been encapsulated! Updated 8/29/23: Taking away stars as there were many issues with the installation and no one from the company would call me backespecially Jason. Advise caution when considering this company. Appreciate the thorough inspection of the crawlspace and foundation issues. Jason S. was a pleasure to work with and clearly knowledgeable. Looking forward to getting everything sealed up in time for winter.

        I wanted to express the professional to Brent M., Certified Field Inspector from FSM. He inspection of our Apartment Build, which has a water seepage, with cracks in the foundation, and seepage from the ground. After inspection, he prepared a plan/proposal, which was very reasonable. He was on time. We decided to have FSM, complete the work. Thanks, Brent.

        Nathan and Noah did an amazing job on the slab floor in our home! Nathan was professional, friendly, and has years of experience doing this. He took the time to explain everything he did as he went and exactly why he was doing it. We are new owners and the floor had apparently been slowly sinking for many years. They were able to bring it back to almost normal, which amazed us! Both Nathan and Noah were very impressive, and when they left there was absolutely no mess. I will definitely call on this company in the future if I have any need for it again.
