I use this bank for my business and personal accounts and they have always went above and beyond for not only myself and company, but also all my guys that go there to cash their checks! Great bank/credit union! Recommend them to anyone!

Honestly, I don't often have a need to visit my credit union in person. However I needed to conduct some business with Superior and I feel more comfortable doing this in person. It's old school I know but I'm older so it's comfortable. What a pleasant and enjoyable visit it was at the Troy branch! Everyone I dealt with were welcoming and smiling. I truly enjoy living in a small town. Everyone is personable and kind and the Troy location is no exception. I'm going to give a huge shout out to Marla Baker. Marla is a breath of sunny, warm fresh air. Our entire conversation was easy, and friendly. It truly was as though we were old friends. Especially nice was her honest laughter at my silly dad jokes. The world can use more people like Marla. Wonderful job Troy branch!! And like a toothache, I'll be back!!!
