Called for both my dishwasher and fridge. Sam came out promptly, and was able to fix the fridge right away! He had to order a part for the dishwasher, but came back as soon as the part arrived. Both repairs were efficient, cost effective and sam was a joy both times! I wont call another repair company Services: Refrigerator repair, Dishwasher repair

I called them and since they had an opening they were out the same day to fix our dryer. They were incredibly professional and had it back up and running in about 30 minutes for a reasonable price. If we need any other appliance repairs we will be calling them again. :) Service: Dryer repair

Sam was very avoidant in getting back in contact with us after the first time he came out with a hose he ordered that was the wrong hose. And even tho it was the wrong part he still tried to melt the gasket to the hose and use it on my dishwasher. I then tried to get back in contact with him leaving a message and the recording says for faster service to text so we did and he still didn't respond until the third day with a third text.Called someone else who told me what the problem was and I called Sam and just by telling him that I had called someone else he told us "we have nothing else to discuss." and hung up the phone on me. NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY. He is VERY unprofessional. Service: Dishwasher repair
