Rented car to go from Ohio to fla. Car ran great. More expensive but like I said good car trip went well.

I get a call this morning from Joseph saying that the large suv we rented 3 weeks ago isn't available and hopefully they'll have something by our 5 o'clock pickup time. I get a call after 3, still no large suv and we're told the Mason location has what we need which is an inconvenience with that location being 25 minutes away vs 5 minutes from the original pick up. I should've stuck with my gut instinct and went back to the Springdale location or the Fairfield location where I've NEVER had any issues....

I rent from this location several times a year due to traveling for work Normally when I pull up, they dont have vehicles ready or they are out of stock for whatever reason Since I am normally pretty flexible, I usually dont mind waiting - the old team was always pleasant - but this past weekend was a totally new experience. Not only were there several cars available. They were all cleaned, and I was able to pick which one I wanted. Josh the assistant manager even pulled the car up and had the air conditioner on- exceptional custom service ! While Josh was pulling my current car up, I was solidifying my next rental with the young man behind the counter. He was super pleasant, and very accommodating. I received superior customer service this time around and Im very excited that I was able to leave within 10 minutes after arriving. Great job to the new management and team.
