Bel Haven, an Epcon Community

Carl and David are outstanding to work with. They both have great ideas and they go out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. Both are easy to talk to and their communication is great. They get back to us extremely fast when we have had questions. Debbie (Sales specialist) was also great in helping us decide to choose Bel Haven. Debbie always answered questions quickly. Mike with Mutual of Omaha( Life style Home Loans) is also fantastic to work with. Carl and David's staff all are extremely friendly and helpful. I would rate this great team a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful idea for homes, however your new home will most likely not be as well constructed as the model. Houses are built extremely fast, lowest bidder, and overseen by a skeleton crew. Be prepared to have a long list of items that will not be up to par. This business means well and have good intentions but have poor delivery & execution and customer satisfaction is to be desired. Talked to residents and most have unfinished work thats not been completed after closing and are still waiting for those items to be addressed. Note: HOA fees are north of $230. Buyer beware of what you are getting yourself in to.

Coming in from out-of-town, we googled the types of homes we thought might be of interest. We thought Bel Haven was one such neighborhood. Our realtor had also sent us a list of homes to look at online or to drive by. We visited the Bel Haven model home open house twice. Our realtor then called to make an appointment to discuss plans and costs of a potential build. The builder at Bel Haven refused to talk with her. It seems she did not preregister us and we did not know that we needed to mention a realtor at that time. We hadnt even met her yet. We certainly had not discussed potentially building. We were rudely told under no circumstance would they pay our realtor a commission. So bye-bye BH, we are thankful to not do business with your company.
