The worst group of people I have ever worked with. My truck was wrecked in November and it is now Feb 12,2024 and nothing has been resolved. They have the worst follow up with customers and I am still not sure why I had to be the one calling them and the body shop. When confronting them about issues they said they would look into all I got was a bunch of stuttering lies because nothing was followed up. I have had to file with the state of Ohio Department of Insurance because the low effort. If you get a chance stay away form All State and Ken Lindsey Insurance.

My first negative review somehow disappeared so I will write again.
I have been a long time customer and have routinely been mistreated by this agency. Anytime I have needed to file a claim there is no support. Customer service is rude and it is very difficult to get in touch for claim updates. Most recently my car was victim to a hit and run. A police report was filed to document the incident and I opened a claim with Allstate. Allstate was unable to help find a repair shop and suggested I locate my own via Google. I did and the car was in the shop for 5 months. Upon return the car was not repaired and I called Ken Lindsay 's office for guidance. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me and that I would just need to file a claim in the court system against the repair shop owner if I was not satisfied. I had already paid my deductible and was left to pay another shop nearly $2,000 for the remaining damages. On top of this Allstate reported TWO accidents to my credit on the same day! One not at fault and one at fault. This is caused my rate to sky rocket. No response from Ken Lindsay's office as to how this terrible error was made. Consumer beware!

They take my phone calls when I have questions about my insurance needs or coverage. The people that work there are knowledgeable, and insurance is affordable. They offer many payment options. I recently referred my daughter there for her insurance needs there were no hassles and many of my personal friends are also pleased with Ken and his associates. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend calling and comparing insurance rates and coverage. They also respond to e mails in a timely manner.
