charged me for protections i didnt need and pressured me into it as a first time renter and not understanding the process completely. Hassan Salaheddine charged me an extra 2 days for protection i never used after saying i didnt need it multiple times and was convinced i would need to come in if not which i didnt

My experience overall was great the female that helped me made sure i was comfortable with the car i was in and she was super nice and understanding so thank you so much i feel and i forgot her name but shes great

I usually have a good experience with enterprise this last time I didnt have a good one. I was in such a hurry to get my rental and I was talking to the rental specialist. I didnt fully inspect my car and I didnt get my insurance that I usually get added to my vehicle, and at the end of my Transaction, there was a long scratch that I had to pay for on top of my other deductions for my car repair it was so hurtful I just went ahead and paid it. I was so disgusted with myself because I usually take care of business. Its just unfortunate because I rely and prize all the time and this time may have been my fault or, just sure dumb luck. I just was pleased with not following through with my first mind and being in such a hurry I just wish the specialist reminded me of the walk around if that makes sense instead of just complying with my conversation.
