An employee named Treena or Tina, Who claims she was a manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. (If Tina is a manager I think she needs additional customer service training... cursing at paying customers is very unprofessional I will NEVER return to this restaurant ever again!) (This isn't the 1st time, I've experienced horrible service from this particular establishment.)

Did online ordering. Got the just about when order was to be ready and No one had even started on my large order. Drive thru took their priority. Manager was bad mouthing about drive thru people while I stood there at the counter waiting for my order. After a 40 minute wait, they finally got my order ready. 40 MINUTES WAITING AT THE COUNTER FIR AN ORDER THAT SUPPOSED TO BE READY WHEN I GOT THERE!!! WHITEHALL OHIO KFC IS THE WORST. OH this is the 2nd tome this happened to me at this store.

Inconsistent QUALITY. WE BY-PASS two other KFC locations to get to this one.... Better staff, usually. We like and appreciate the offered daily specials

Worst KFC I have been to. I have ordered from there multiple times this year and they consistently give me the wrong food. What ever they give me is just random.

I'm calling corporate..the staff was rude..especially the cook..I waited 35 mins for chicken (in my car)..the manager got in her car drove around building 3times ..all while I was waiting for my order ...2 breast a mac and cheese and a mash potatoes..I them asked for my money back ..the COOK CAME BY THE DRIVE THR WINDOW..being VERY RUDE AND SMART..I most definitely will not be BACK TO THAT WHITEHALL LOCATION..this is NOT MY 1st bad experience with this particular location..1 star hire NEW STAFF
