The Manor at Whitehall

This place should be shutdown. When my mom was here they treated her so disrespectful. They placed her in a room with dirty bed sheets with jelly in the bed. There was urine on the floor the place had a bad funk. They tried to give her wrong medication and borrowed someone else's medication. I am surprised with this being in Whitehall it's not better ran. These people are very rude and should be ashamed how they treat the elderly.

Not getting hazards pay. NO HOUSEKEEPERS with Covid in building. DIRTY!!Never have supplies. No managers!! Short nurses. Wouldnt put my dead dog there.

I enjoyed my stay most of the staff is awesome but as usually in all companys there will always be some employees that don't pull their weight. They are weeded out though all together I really liked the staff. I felt they cared and actually grew a few really good relationships with some.

I stayed here for three weeks, the carpet in the rooms smelled like urine the food was disgusting and the entire staff had no clue! If you care anything for your loved ones donor send them here! This place need to be shut down and totally renovated! Why any insurance company support this home is beyond me!
