        Horrible place the frican lady with short hair no eyebrows messed up my label, it was supposed to be sent by UPS but gave me FedEx receipt and now my package is missing. This the second time my package is missing from this place, I went to talk to her. She said I have to call FedEx and gave me a tracking number, after I left the store when I track it, which is FedEx phone number not tracking number . See I am trying to find where my package is but when I was trying to talk to her she was deceiving me. I am trying to find out where my package ended up. She won't talk to me, and when I call she hang up on me. PLEASE BE WARE. TRY NOT TO GET SCAMMED.

        My wife had a return to make via prepaid DHL. There aren't a lot of DHL drop off points, so we didn't have many options when we discovered that the Columbus Square DHL was temporarily closed. I stayed in the car, but the woman at the counter was "a ray of sunshine" according to my wife. It's not often a business transaction makes your day better, but that's what happened.

      We have no record of this customer's package. We tried to explain to her she had to have dropped it off somewhere else. We strive to be of the utmost service to all customers.
