i called ahead of time and was told i can be helped with my request. i went into the store and the lady at the desk said we dont do stuff like that after i had a full conversation about it on the phone. then they told me they can do it but they are too busy to help me. place is a joke with incompetent workers i went to office max and had it done with no issues.

The employee working the counter was rude, obnoxious and swore at me. She did NOT greet me when I entered the location. Instead she said I am not servicing any more customers today, you will have to leave, I have to close my register at 7pm, I looked at my watch and said its 6:46 pm. She said it was too bad. I was appalled. She should not be in customer service. I have never had any issues at the location until today! Im sorry if she was having a bad day, but you should never treat a customer like that. She states the computers are going to shut off and I should just get the hell out and go home. So disappointed.

My package has been delayed for 4 days in this location.

I dropped off my package and they lost it after the receiving scan. gave me a hard time and had to file a complaint with the company multiple times. Still waiting on resolution from January.

Tried to drop off a return package here on a Saturday afternoon. There was a sign on the door saying Be back in 10 minutes. I waited at least 20 minutes and no one showed up, and the storefront was locked. A line formed outside the store with 6 people and most of us just left because it was clear the store wasnt going to reopen. Guess Ill try my luck at another location.
